Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut
Movers in Modi'in
Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut is a family city halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Our main work here is moving within the city: between neighborhoods, from an apartment to a house and back. And in every direction: from the south to Modi'in, from Modi'in to the south, and from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
Send us on WhatsApp where from, where to, how many rooms and which floor; you can add a short video of the apartment. You'll get a quote and pick a date.
Neighborhoods
We move in every neighborhood
Each neighborhood has its own kind of buildings, and that shapes the move.
Maccabim
Private and semi-detached homes with gardens. Big moves with a shed, garden furniture and sometimes an upper floor that needs a crane.
Re'ut
An established neighborhood of private homes. Quiet streets where it's easy to park by the house, and full-house moves.
HaShvatim (North Buchman)
A quiet family neighborhood with apartments and private homes. We match the truck and crew to the home.
Moriah (South Buchman)
A family neighborhood with apartment buildings and private homes. We check the elevator and parking by the entrance in advance.
HaPrachim (Miromi)
A central neighborhood near schools, shopping centers and community centers. At busy hours it's best to arrange truck parking in advance.
HaNechalim (Safdie)
A relatively new neighborhood planned by Moshe Safdie, including the 'Malibu' area. Buildings on a slope with open views, so truck access is worth checking.
HaMasuah (Givah C)
A relatively new neighborhood on a hill, with views. We check the elevator, parking and building access in advance.
HaKramim (Tsipor)
A neighborhood in the north of the city that is still developing. In new buildings we coordinate the elevator and moving hours with the committee.
Avnei Chen (Kaizer)
The west side of the city, a mix of older and new construction. We match the crew and truck to the building.
HaTziporim (South Kaizer)
A family neighborhood south of Avnei Chen, with apartments and private homes.
HaNevi'im (North Shimshoni)
An established, sought-after neighborhood. Some buildings are low-rise without elevators, where a crane or an experienced stair crew makes the difference.
HaMeginim (South Shimshoni)
An established family neighborhood with large apartments and garden apartments with balconies.
Nofim
A family neighborhood with large apartments. We check the floor, elevator and parking in advance.
Moreshet
The new neighborhood in the east of the city, with new construction, apartments and penthouses. In buildings still being occupied we coordinate the elevator and truck access, since some streets are still under construction.

Moving in Modi'in: everything you need to know
Moves within Modi'in
Our main work in Modi'in is moves within the city, across all 14 neighborhoods: from Buchman to Maccabim, from Re'ut to Avnei Chen, from HaNevi'im to Moreshet. A move within the city is short, so even a large apartment can be done in one morning.
Moving within the city as the family grows
Many families start in an apartment in Moriah, HaMasuah or Moreshet and move to a house in Maccabim or Re'ut as the family grows. Once the kids leave home, they move from a big house to a comfortable apartment in town. We know both directions.
A private home in Maccabim and Re'ut
A private home usually holds more than it seems: a shed, built-in closets, garden furniture and play equipment. Film the whole house, yard and shed included, and we'll match the truck and crew.
New buildings
New buildings, for example in Moreshet, HaNechalim and HaKramim, usually have fixed moving hours and require the elevator to be covered. Coordinate the date with the committee and check that large furniture fits in the elevator. If it doesn't, a crane is the answer.
From the south to Modi'in
Families from Ashkelon, Kiryat Gat and Beer Sheva move to Modi'in for work in the center and to be close to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We load in the morning in the south and unload the same day in Modi'in.
From Modi'in to the south
And the other way: families from Modi'in move to a private home in Omer, Lehavim, Kiryat Gat or Ashkelon. We know the road and the southern communities.
Suggested timeline
A month before: pick a date and send us the details. Two weeks before: start packing things you don't use. A week before: pack the kitchen and arrange the elevator and parking at both homes. On moving day: stay reachable and show the crew what goes where.
